Hey, Again I am another person who sawyou at the AS/A Level Poetry Live day onthe 8th Dec at The Strand. To be honest Ithought the whole day would be quite dullbecause the trips that my school rarely decideto go on are nearly always dull. I was mistakenhowever as I rally enjoyed the whole dayespecially your bit of Shakespear. I've neverbeen really much of a fan but you've mademe look at it in a different way. I am nowmore confident about taking English on todegree level. Thank you and keep up the goodwork!

Mr. William Sutton, your site is a glowing tribute to the great Shakespeare and gives us an opportunity to appreciate his immortal works.I wish he were alive to visit this website and add more pearls of his wisdom or are you his reincarnation ? Nature has a way of doing things which we can't ever comprehend ! best of luck always, jasmin.

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed the performances at Wavernden on Sunday. What and amazing memory.  Having been a fan of the plays for years and worked for the RSC in the past, never really touched on The Sonnets
Thanks again for a great  performance.
Sue Birley

Dear William,
Saw your performance of the sonnets at the 'Shakespeare Rocks' festival at Wavendon, UK, and loved it. Would like to see your show again - do you have a mailing list so you could let me know if/when you next bring your show to my neck of the woods? I see from your website that you also do stand-up. Live comedy is another passion of mine (when it's good!) so, again, if you're ever doing your stuff in the UK, it would be great if you could let me know and I'll try to come along.
Wishing you every success - you certainly deserve it.
Best wishes,
Emma .luckhurst

Hi William, Stumbled across your site...thought I'd say hi, I still remember the personal and rather exclusive performances you gave myself and Alan Glover in our flat above the Comedy Cafe a little worse for wear no doubt. Your memory is amazing considering your lifestyle....enough said, see you again soon I hope. Ben...(is this a dagger)...Norris

I want to personally apologize for the intolerable behaviour that took place at Banting Memorial High School. It was thoroughly embarassing, and a perfect example as to why senior students dislike Grade 9's. Unforunately most of the presentation was spent telling the meatheads behind us to shut up, but what I saw and took in was very impressive. Hope all your crowds don't act like this.

I should like to know more about Mr. Shakespeare's penchantfor bear-baiting, esp. in relation to the rumours surroundingjust what did happen to the dead ones after they were removed from the playing (flaying?)field.

Classy Site! Enjoying the excellent Book of Sonnets. Fits well into the pocket, goes well with a coffee in Tim Hortons! (or a glass of something relaxing) In fact a good pocket companion anywhere!

Some of my favorite experiences with W.S. were spent exploring his piece of work in a quiet corner at the top of the libary. That was my age of enlightenment.

I'd heard of William Sutton of course, but I'd never come across this Shakespeare guy. Did he write anything other than sonnets? Has he ever been on television? Anytime you're in Tuscaloosa swing by and tell me more!

he had a very good attendance this term, but he has a tendency to use strong language and he teases the rodents, nevetheless a sterling effort, and perhaps in the future a little less time in the chemistry lab and a bit more on the rugger field.

I like it. William is a very good player. I like him. I did enjoy it where he points out the connection between the words now here, and nowhere. It is good. And I had Farleys Rusks today. My Mummy is dead.
